HVAC SALES ENGINEER (CHILLER, HPAC, AHU, FCU)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in the HVAC sector, including Chiller, HPAC, AHU, and FCU.
- Provide technical consultancy on cooling equipment, air conditioning, and precision air conditioning solutions to customers, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as M&E contractors, design consultants, investors, and general contractors.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement optimized product solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare quotations and bidding documents, negotiate contracts, and carry out sales procedures.
- Monitor project progress and support customers throughout installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, and propose appropriate business strategies.
- Report work progress regularly to the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), HVAC Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in Chiller, HPAC, AHU, and FCU systems.
- Preference for candidates who have worked in HVAC equipment manufacturing/distribution companies or M&E contractors.
- Strong knowledge of the principles, design, and practical applications of Chiller, AHU, FCU, and HPAC systems.
- Skills
- Sales skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Effective planning and work management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage
- Other Requirements
- High sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
- Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to travel when required.
- Own transportation for work purposes.
SALARY: Negotiable based on capability (Base salary + Commission + Sales bonus).

SERVICE ENGINEER
Hanoi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct pre-commissioning and final commissioning for HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, AHUs, FCUs, heat pumps).
- Verify that equipment installation aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
- Perform system startup, functional checks, safety tests, and performance validation.
- Adjust system parameters and control settings to achieve optimal operation.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure a smooth system handover.
- Prepare and submit commissioning reports with complete test results and punch list items.
- Troubleshooting
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, or control systems.
- Use diagnostic tools, electrical meters, and software to trace and resolve issues.
- Liaise with technical support teams or suppliers for complex problems.
- Provide immediate corrective actions and temporary solutions when necessary.
- Report root causes, repair actions, and system recovery status in technical reports.
- Guide junior engineers or site technicians in resolving recurrent issues.
- Maintenance Tasks
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s checklist.
- Conduct inspections of electrical components, refrigerant lines, water piping, and air handling systems.
- Replace worn-out components such as filters, belts, sensors, oil, and refrigerants.
- Check system performance parameters (pressure, temperature, current) and recalibrate where needed.
- Record service data, inspection findings, and recommendations for follow-up repairs.
- Educate clients on system care, basic checks, and operational safety.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning records, and customer sign-off documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site-specific requirements.
- Attend training programs to update technical skills and product knowledge.
- Support warranty claim evaluation and spare part identification.
- Coordinate with logistics, planning, and sales teams to ensure smooth service execution.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in Chiller, HPAC, AHU, and FCU systems.

QUALITY CONTROLL STAFF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check incoming material following the Material Inspection SOP
- Check semi-finished products & finished products following the Process Inspection SOP
- Make an Incoming inspection record, process an inspection record
- Make a non-conformity disposal report for the material, product
- Work with functional teams to solve quality issues in the production process
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
