Climaveneta WIZARD series MAC.W combined air handling unit is applicable to the air supply system of industrial air conditioning systems such as pharmaceutical and manufacturing. The functional sections include air mixing, flow sharing, filtration, cooling, heating, dehumidification, humidification, air supply fan, return fan, silencing, heat recovery and other units. Modular design and any combination of modules. The functional sections can be matched according to the needs of customers.
Structural design description:：
·The frame is divided into inner frame, outer frame and high-performance thermal insulation strip.
·The inner and outer frames are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the surface is anodized, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
The inner and outer panels are filled with PU foam with a thickness of 50mm.
After the inner and outer lining plates are formed, they are fully sprayed with plastic to effectively prevent corrosion.
The inner and outer lining plates are made of various materials, providing more choices.
·The panel and frame are connected by external screws, with high strength, convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
·The inner surface of the panel is connected by radian. The inner surface of the unit is smooth and flat, not easy to collect dust and easy to clean.
Access Door：
· The access door adopts hinge structure, the door handle adopts non-cold bridge structure design, and the door frame adopts high elastic rubber seal to fully improve the heat insulation performance of the unit and reduce the air leakage rate.
Drainage Pan：
·The drainage pan adopts the inclined dry water tray design, so that the condensed water can be easily drained.
·The surface of the drainage pan is fully sprayed to effectively prevent corrosion.
·The metal plate material configuration of the drainage pan is diverse, providing more choices.
