The Climaveneta chilled water single-coil computer room air conditioner uses the cold source of the outdoor chilled water host for cooling. The whole series is equipped with standard high-efficiency and low-noise EC fans, CAREL’s new generation controller, and electric proportional chilled water regulating valve. The unit has the best cooling performance. The evaporator of the unit adopts a large-area flat plate design, which has the characteristics of low flow resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. The whole system also supports the solution of sunken fan air supply, which can completely sink the fan under the floor.

Frame Structure Description:
The overall frame and bottom plate of the unit are made of galvanized steel sheet whose outer surface has been electrostatically sprayed, so that the unit as a whole should not rust. The group structure is reasonable and compact, occupies a small area of the computer room, saves space, and the unit supports full frontal maintenance. In the electric control box of the unit, the strong current and weak current are separated, and the high-power components such as electric heater and humidifier are equipped with independent breakers, and the wiring is standardized, which conforms to the corresponding installation regulations.
Control Cabinet:
The original components of the control cabinet are all internationally renowned suppliers, and the main control board is the Italian Carle brand. The main components of the air conditioner such as electric heating, humidification, fan, etc. have independent circuit breakers, which is convenient for engineers to maintain and debug the equipment. The control cabinet is also equipped with an emergency main load break switch, which can be conveniently used in emergency or special situations.

Control System:
The new generation controller of CAREL is adopted, which supports a variety of control strategies to meet different control requirements. 2. The main control strategy can be changed on site: the unit is controlled by the outlet air temperature or the unit is controlled by the return air temperature. 3. Control strategy of variable air volume: When the indoor load of thecomputer room is reduced, the unit will automatically link the control of the valve and the fan, so that the fan can work under partial load as much as possible to fully achieve the effect of energy saving. 4. Support other control strategies such as: constant air pressure, constant air volume control strategy; air valve linkage control strategy; setting water flow regulating valve opening interval, etc.

Chilled water coil:
The chilled water coil is designed with a large flat plate, and the fins of the heat exchanger are treated with hydrophilic treatment, which can effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency. The pressure bearing capacity of the chilled water coil is greater than or equal to 16kg, effectively eliminating the hidden danger of leakage.

Fan box:
The height of the fan box can be defined according to the height of the floor on site, and there is no need to make another bracket on site. A fan baffle is arranged in the fan box to block the turbulence between the fan and the fan. The pipe inlet method of the fan box can be defined by the user, which makes the on-site installation the most convenient.
EC fan:
Using zihl-abegg and EBM’s new generation of ultra-light EC fans, the impeller material is ultra-light polymer, which makes the operation noise of the computer room AC lower, and the energy saving rate is more than 10%. Inverter fans are not only better than AC fans in terms of energy saving and noise, but also better meet the requirements of today’s data centers in terms of control strategies. The computer room air conditioner allows users to remotely read the fan speed, and combined with the upper air pressure sensor, it can also realize advanced functions such as constant air pressure control.
