Product Description：

•The copper tube and the high-efficiency hydrophilic film cover the fins. The copper tube and the aluminum foil contact more evenly to enhance the heat transfer efficiency. The fan is a large impeller low-noise fan. The head of the water collecting pipe is made of brass to reduce the water pressure drop and further improve the heat transfer efficiency of the coil.

•The impeller of multi wing centrifugal fan is made of galvanized material, and the motor is a low-noise permanent capacitor, which is the best match with the fan. The equipment can operate with low noise and high efficiency.

Product Features：

Casing:
•Beautiful appearance, solid structure;
•The frame is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to deform. Key components shall be insulated with PE.
•The rear return air and the bottom return air can be freely exchanged;

Coil:
•High quality copper tube and double sinusoidal corrugated hydrophilic aluminum fins are closely combined. The collecting head is forged with brass, with uniform water flow distribution and good heat dissipation effect;
•Thick-walled copper pipe extends the service life of the unit;

Condensation pan：
•The condensation pan is formed by stamping with high-grade steel plate, and the surface is treated by hot-dip galvanizing and baking paint; PE insulation covers the surface of the water pan to prevent water leakage and prolong the service time of the drainage pan. The surface cooler and the water pan shall be fixed with screws to ensure the integrity of the water pan and insulation, and eliminate corrosion and cold bridge. The electric valve and other piping ensure the water collecting effect of the condensation pan.

High efficiency motor:
•Permanent low noise capacitor motor, fully enclosed rolling bearing，and the base is equipped with damping pad to reduce the noise, which is fixed by bolts and runs more smoothly.

Centrifugal fan：
•The material is galvanized sheet, high efficiency and low noise multi wing centrifugal impeller, φ 150mm large wheel diameter improves the dynamic balance of the fan.
