Frame Structure Description：
1.The frame and base in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel.All parts polyesters-painted, so that the whole unit should not easy to rust.
2.The structure of the unit is convenient, compact, and occupies a small space. The compressor, evaporator and condenser are all built into the sheet metal frame, and the unit is waterproof and dustproof.
Compressor Description：
1.The unit adopts a high-efficiency flexible scroll compressor with high energy efficiency and quiet operation; the flexible compressor structure is resistant to liquid shock, wear resistance and high reliability.
2.Double compressor design, the number of compressors can be adjusted according to the load change, and the starting current is small.
Evaporator Description：
Adopt AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger for efficient heat exchange.The surface is covered with closed-cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger; and the plate heat exchanger is built-in to prevent the plate heat exchanger from being frozen under harsh conditions.
Condenser：
Adopt AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger for efficient heat exchange.
Control Cabinet：
1.The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.
2. The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
3.For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.
Control System：
● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.
● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’ working life;
● Through the adjustment and setting of operating parameters, the unit can be adapted to different environments and applications;
● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting;
● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict fault occurs;
● Microprocessor have complete fault predict, alarm, record and self diagnose function assuring operation protection & working state;
●With high and low pressure switch, overload, overcurrent, overheating, exhaust temperature, water flow, antifreeze and other protection functions.
