Up to 16 modules can be connected in parallel to form a combined product in the range of 65-2080kw. The unit is a reverse circulation air source heat pump, which eliminates the cooling tower, cooling water pump and cooling water system, saves the investment and operation cost of the cooling system, and can be directly installed on the roof or outdoors without a special machine room. The unit is widely used in hospitals, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls and other air conditioning occasions, and can meet the needs of air conditioning and heating throughout the year.

Frame Structure Description:
Overall frame structure description the overall support frame and bottom plate of the unit are made of galvanized steel plate (ral7025) with paint treatment on the external surface, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance.. The unit is equipped with protective grille of surface cooler and protective plate of compressor and refrigeration parts as standard to effectively block noise transmission while protecting the unit. The layout in the unit is designed through three-dimensional optimization. The layout is compact. The optimized shape proportion requires small maintenance space, which significantly saves space.

Compressor Description:
The fully enclosed scroll compressor of international famous brand is adopted, which is efficient, low-noise, stable and reliable. Crankcase heater and perfect control and protection device shall be configured to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The refrigeration system design with double compressors and single circuit is adopted, and the energy efficiency of the unit is higher under partial load. The first compressor of each unit shall be started one by one, and the second compressor shall be started after all starts are completed. The starting current is small and the unit efficiency is high.

Evaporator Description:
AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger is used for efficient heat exchange. The surface is coated with closed cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger; In addition, the built-in plate heat exchanger can prevent the plate heat exchanger from freezing under adverse conditions.

Condenser:
The air side heat exchanger adopts hydrophilic aluminum foil design to improve condensate drainage capacity and heat exchange effect; The copper pipe is designed with high efficiency internal thread copper pipe to improve the refrigerant heat exchange effect
Control Cabinet:
●The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.
● The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
● For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.

Control System:
The unit adopts microcomputer intelligent control system, which can automatically adjust the temperature and air flow. In case of any fault, it can take protective action, alarm and record in time, and can conduct network monitoring to realize unattended. Multi language menus and shortcut keys, common status parameters are graphical, and the unit operation status is clear at a glance. The compressor has the function of uniform running time and prolongs the service life of the whole machine. The microcomputer intelligent controller has perfect functions of fault protection, alarm, recording and analysis, high and low voltage switch, overload, overcurrent, overheating, exhaust temperature, water flow, antifreeze and other protection functions, and realizes fault recording and alarm display.

External rotor fan:
External rotor fan design is adopted for super heat exchange to improve heat exchange effect. The fan blade is three-dimensional shaped, with light weight, good rigidity and high precision. It is equipped with a low-speed motor, so it runs smoothly and has low noise. A safety grille is installed outside the condensing fan.

Electric Expansion Valve:
The unit adopts electronic expansion valve, which has the following characteristics:
Accurately control refrigerant flow and optimize heat exchange performance of evaporator.
Control and adjust according to the suction superheat of the unit, and the performance is more stable.
Improve the unit’s efficiency of deviated working conditions and low load operation.
Rapid response, rapid adjustment according to load change, and stable outlet water temperature of the unit.
