Oil-Free Compressors

Magnetic levitation compressors provide enormous benefits in terms of energy efficiency, regulation, vibration, and noise emissions. Characterized by very high efficiencies at full load, but especially at partial loads, chillers with oil-free centrifugal compressors have the lowest levels of noise emissions; vibrations are also extremely small with obvious advantages in any application context.

A further distinctive trait is the very low starting currents, the result of the peculiar characteristics of this compressor and the low inrush current during start-up. In water-cooled units, the starting current is only 2 Amps! This ensures a cleaner design of the installed electrical system’s line power systems.
