CLIMAVENETA Screw type low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) is specially developed and designed for northern winter heating. This series of products has a simple system and can ensure stable heating of the unit when the ambient temperature is -25°C. The range of heating capacity is wide from 275 to 981KW (at low temperature, the inlet air temperature is -12°C, and the outlet water temperature is 41°C). The system design adopts dual compressor design, which are backup for each other. It can meet the heating needs in winter in the north and the cooling requirements in summer. The unit implements GB/T 25127.1 Low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chiller) unit Industrial or commercial and similar heat pump (chiller) unit GB 37480 Low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chiller) unit energy efficiency limit value and energy Efficiency class. The unit has reached the national first-class energy-saving level.

Functions:

Frame Structure Description:

Base and frame in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel. All parts polyesters-painted.

Compressor Description:

The specially designed high-efficiency low-temperature compressor is used to ensure the stable operation of the unit in low-temperature environment; the BITZER low-temperature special compressor is stable and efficient. It adopts the motor direct-drive semi-hermetic low-temperature special twin-screw compressor specially designed for HFC407C, with high quality and reliability, high energy efficiency ratio and long service life. The unit comes with a compressor soundproof cover to reduce the noise of the unit.

Evaporator Description:

●Direct expansion heat exchanger type with asymmetric refrigerant paths to maintain the correct refrigerant velocity inside the tubes during both liquid and gaseous phases.
●The steel shell is insulated with a closed-cell anticondensation lining. The copper pipes are internally grooved so as to improve the heat exchange. The pipes are mechanically expanded onto the tube plate ends. An antifreeze electric heater prevents the formation of ice inside the casing of the exchanger when the unit is not operating but connected to the electrical supply. Differential pressure switch for controlling the water flow is fitted standard.
●The design, manufacture and inspection of the evaporator comply with national standards and regulations for pressure vessels such as GB / 150 steel pressure vessels and JB / 4765 pressure vessels for refrigeration devices.
 

Condenser:

●The inverted M-shaped structure is adopted to increase the heat exchange area on the premise of constant unit volume; Uniform wind speed distribution, high-performance heat exchange, reduced frosting time during heating, and improved heating and defrosting performance;
●The air-cooled condenser adopts the original secondary refrigerant circuit technology, which is composed of copper tubes passing through aluminum fins. The end of the condenser is connected with the auxiliary refrigeration circuit to keep the refrigerant in a supercooled state, and internal threaded pipes are used to increase the heat exchange area. and perturbation of Freon;
● With corrugated sheet design, the condenser of the unit is not easy to be blocked, the maintenance cost of the unit is reduced and the service life is longer; The aluminum sheet adopts thickened design, which is not easy to collapse;
         

Control Cabinet:

●The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.
● The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
● For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.

Control System:

● New generation regulation system with human-computer interface, better extended utility, supervision and compatibility.
● Panel screen on the unit, easy operation, better protection Microprocessor regulation fulfill human-free running.
● W3000 with LCD display, multi-language & multilevel menu for data display & set-point regulation .According to CLIMAVENETA tradition, another display of compressor’ working data is adopted for easy supervision.
● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.
● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’ working life;
● Auto compressor power input control following with load change from 25-100% for energy saving;
● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting;
● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict fault occurs.
● Expansion kit for remote control and group control.
● Available in BMS control, such as ModBus, LonWorks, BacNet control system.
● Microprocessor have complete fault predict, alarm, record and self diagnose function assuring operation protection & working state.
● “Black Box” record 400 faults and 200 data before each fault, which diagnose & remove fault quickly

Electric Control:

Using electrical components that can withstand low temperature

Electric Expansion Valve:

EEV for precise control to meet load change.

High Performance Fan:

High efficiency exterior rotor fan from German brand with variable speed controller. It can change fan speed automatically (DVV design) to reduce energy consumption and fan noise.

Innovative Intelligent Defrost Function (CLIMAVENETA Patent):

The reverse cycle type intelligent defrost function introduce the self-adjust technology which can automatically modify and regulate the judgement and data for next defrosting according to the change of ambient air temperature, humidity and defrost time as well as the difficult level of last defrosting. So the defrost no longer need manual adjusting and it can be fit for all kinds of weather condition.Much precise, reliable and energy saving from traditional defrosting method.

Economizer Design:

The economizer design is adopted to strengthen the heat exchange effect and improve the low temperature heating performance of the unit;

Reliable and stable operation at low temperature:

R407C environmentally friendly refrigerant is used; at the same time, water/oil cooling system is added in the system design, liquid accumulator is added/enlarged in the system, air-liquid separator is added/increased in the system, and low-temperature resistant electrical components are used to ensure the reliable operation of the unit.
