Frame Structure Description:

The overall support frame and bottom plate of the unit are made of galvanized steel plate whose outer surface has been painted, with high strength and strong anti-corrosion ability. The unit is equipped with compressor and refrigeration components as standard protective panels to protect the unit and effectively block noise transmission. The layout of the unit has undergone three-dimensional optimization design, the layout is compact, and the optimized shape ratio requires less maintenance and repair space, which significantly saves space.

Compressor Description:

This unit adopts the fully enclosed scroll compressor of international famous brand, which is efficient, low noise, stable and reliable. And equipped with crankcase heater and perfect control and protection device to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The compressors of the unit are started one by one, the starting current is small, and the unit efficiency is high. Patented design of the exhaust runner to reduce compressor noise;

Use PVE lubricating oil to improve the lubrication performance and oil return performance of the compressor;
Shell/inner shell design: The compressor motor adopts suction cooling and does not directly contact with lubricating oil, so the oil circulation rate is low;

Evaporator Description:

Using AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, the heat exchange effect is excellent. The surface is covered with closed-cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger; and the plate heat exchanger is built-in to prevent the plate heat exchanger from being frozen under harsh conditions.


Condenser:

The air-side heat exchanger adopts a hydrophilic design to improve the drainage capacity of condensate water and improve the heat exchange effect; the copper tube adopts a high-efficiency internal thread copper tube design to improve the heat exchange effect of the refrigerant.

Control System:

The unit adopts a microcomputer intelligent control system, which can automatically adjust the temperature and air flow. In case of failure, it can take protective actions, alarm and record in time, and can monitor the network to achieve unattended. Multi-language menus and shortcut keys, common status parameters are graphical, and the operating status of the unit is clear at a glance. Compressor running time is even function, prolonging the life of the whole machine.
The microcomputer intelligent controller has perfect fault protection, alarm, recording and analysis functions, and has protection functions such as high and low pressure switches, overload, overcurrent, overheating, exhaust temperature, water flow, and antifreeze, and realizes fault recording and alarm display.

Electric Expansion Valve:

The unit adopts electronic expansion valve, which has the following characteristics:
Precise control of refrigerant flow to optimize evaporator heat transfer performance
According to the control and adjustment of the suction superheat of the unit, the performance is more stable
Improve the unit’s deviation from working conditions and low-load operation efficiency
Rapid response, rapid adjustment according to load changes, stable outlet water temperature of the unit

High Performance Fan:

Using EBM fan, super heat exchange, improve heat exchange effect. The fan blades are three-dimensionally formed, light in weight, good in rigidity, and high in precision. They are equipped with a low-speed motor, so the operation is stable and the noise is low. A safety protection grille is installed on the outside of the condensing fan.

Operating range:

The operating range of AQS.E-HW/-LT is as follows:
Standard air side: -10~43℃, outlet water temperature: ≤58℃;
Low temperature air side: -22~43℃, outlet temperature: ≤60℃;
